2025 Gala Nomination Form
Welcome to the official nomination form for the Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce Business Awards Gala!

There are four categories eligible for public nominations: 
  1. Business of the Year
  2. Community Action
  3. Business Leader
  4. Emerging Business
In this form, each category will be on its own page. If you are not interested in making a nomination for a certain category, you may skip to the next page. You may choose to make only one nomination per category.

Please mind that this form is for submitting nominations, NOT for votes. Three nominees will be selected for each category. Finalists will be considered based on the quality, not the quantity of nominations received. The final vote will be conducted live among the final nominees at the Business Awards Gala on Friday, March 7th.

The deadline to submit all nominations is Friday, October 4th at 5:00pm.
Late nominations will not be considered.
