SCCOOKIES is a custom cookie micro-bakery based in Nashville,TN. Each cookie is baked from scratch and decorated to order for any celebration you need. Every cookie is made with love, attention to detail, & with your taste in mind! We are so excited to work with you and we hope you choose SCCOOKIES for all of your sweet celebrations!
Order Process:
Once you have submitted your order form, I will review your request and then contact you to confirm your order with your total price listed. Once this is confirmed we can finalize any designs that you have requested and I will get to work! Please know that I try to reply to all requests as soon as possible, however allow for time for me to respond and I might be busy baking!
If you have certain inspiration ideas or logos that go along with the ideas you have for your cookie order, please submit this form and email the images separately to scat@sccookies.com. This will ensure that I am able to open all images you want to include.
Note: Upon confirming your order you are agreeing to pay the full amount listed in your order confirmation.
Order Time:
The minimum notice for an order is two weeks. I will not accept any orders with less than a week's notice.
Please place any orders you have with as much time notice as possible, with the minimum being at least a week.This ensures that I can plan my time to do my best work for you!
Location:
Upon order confirmation you will be given the address of pickup. Through your confirmation we can figure out a time that works best for you to pickup your order. If you are aware of a certain time they are needed by please make this clear in your order form.
Note: If you are unable to pick them up the day they are needed, there is always the option of having them individually bagged, where they will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.
At this time we are not currently providing delivery services.
Payment:
The current payment options we take are: Venmo, Cash, and Check. Once the order has been confirmed through both customer and baker, the customer is then agreeing to pay the amount in full.
All cookies have set pricing based on the category in which they fall under. Please be aware of what you are wanting to order and make sure that your order details reflect the option that you chose.
After you have hit the minimum order amount of 1 dozen cookies, you may then order per cookie if you would like to order an exact number that does not fall into a dozen amount ( ex: 13, 50, 100...).
Note: The full amount is expected to be paid no later than the time at which the order is picked up.
Allergies/Intolerances:
At this time we are unavailable to provide gluten free/dairy free options. If there are any other allergens you are concerned about, feel free to contact us and we can help to clear any confusion. By submitting this form, you accept the liability.
Once the cookies have been handed off to you, all care and responsibility for the items are within your hands. Please handle your cookies with care to ensure they make it to your celebration.
Please note that all cookies are handcrafted at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection, as per TN cottage law.
