This form is for reporting security incidents and suspicious activities related to services operated by GloZ.

• All reports are handled anonymously. We do not collect personal information such as names or emails (contact info is optional).

• Submissions are accessed only by the security team and kept strictly confidential under our reporter protection principle.

• For urgent incidents (active breach, ongoing data leak, etc.), please also contact security@glozinc.com directly in addition to submitting this form.
