Hello! 
We are three 8th grade Girl Scout Cadettes in the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey who are working on our Silver Award Project. We intend to combine this project with our school's 8th grade Service Learning Project. For these projects, we plan to focus on making improvements to the Jill Schwertfeger Memorial Dog Park located in Oakland, New Jersey.  Any refurbishment will, of course, be subject to approval from the Town Council.  We love all kinds of animals, including dogs, and would like to help make the dog park the best it can be, to better serve both the needs of the community and the dogs going to the park. By responding to our survey, you will help us gather data so that we can develop our ideas and make a proposal to the Town Council.
