Lacrosse Training with Coach Hess (Boys & Girls)
Cost: $20 per session Payment Method: Venmo @Chris_Hess
Availability: Limited to the first 12 people to register for each session
Skill Requirements:  For all high school sessions all players should have a base skill set and the ability to use both hands, the HS sessions are not intended for beginner players.
Attendance: You must sign-up, no drop-ins allowed. 
*** Reservation will not be confirmed until payment is made.
Expectations: Players are expected to show up, provide maximum effort, work hard and be coachable. If this criteria is not met players will be asked not to return.

Advance Lacrosse training:  (These sessions are primarily offensive, but also recommended for defenders to help work on stick work and footwork)
   Focus - Shooting - Scoring - Passing - Stickwork - Dodging
