For the 2027-28 class of JOURNEY Fellows, we're seeking 25-30 emerging star leaders in the U.S. and Canada, startup CEOs, corporate executives, venture capitalists, heads of transformative non-profits, who are looking to scale their skills, businesses, capital, and impact, and show the grit and resilience needed to reach the top. (See current JOURNEY Fellows here.)

If selected, you'll begin your year-long JOURNEY Fellowship in March 2027 and participate in four in-person gatherings, have access to weekly virtual events, and receive coaching from preeminent JOURNEY Champions + other experts. You'll continue your full-time work as you access JOURNEY's leadership development services. After you complete your Fellowship year, we'll invite you to become a Member with access to JOURNEY programming and a lifelong community for exceptional women leaders.

  • Deadline to apply: January 15, 2027, at 3 am ET/midnight PT
  • You must be available to attend the JOURNEY Kickoff Retreat, May 16-19, 2027, in Montana.

JOURNEY covers the full cost of Fellows' participation and leadership development services. Fellows or their employers are expected to cover transportation and hotel costs. Fellows who need financial assistance for travel expenses may request it from JOURNEY.
