Primal Chef Event Contract
Thank you for your interest in hiring Primal Chef for your event. In order to confirm your booking, please read this document thoroughly and sign below.

Deposit
In order to hold the date, a deposit is required. For most events, this is $150, however for larger events it may be higher. This deposit is non-refundable unless Primal Chef has to cancel. We will contact you regarding the deposit when it is time to place it however it is the client’s responsibility to confirm the location, date, and details before making the deposit.

Payment
Deposit and balance must be paid directly to Primal Chef. If easier for you, you may offer to reimburse the chef on-site for groceries, or we can invoice you. Acceptable forms of payment for deposit and balance include credit, debit, check, PayPal, Venmo, Square Cash, or cash. For credit and PayPal, service fees may apply. All payments are non-refundable. Payments are due within 48 hours of the event’s conclusion.

Gratuities
Gratuities are optional and shared evenly with everyone present. Gratuities may be paid directly in cash or at time of invoice.

Non Solicitation Agreement
The chef we send you is there representing Primal Chef. Please refrain from offering the chef future work directly. All inquiries for future bookings must be channeled through Primal Chef. We’ll do our best to send the same person if you had a great experience!

General Liability
While every effort to ensure safety will be taken, cooking can be dangerous. By signing below you agree that Primal Chef, Gil Butler, and any representative whether contracted, employed, or volunteer will not be liable for incidents such as cuts, burns, fires, floods, sewage or drain cloggings and backups, damage to equipment, appliances, counters, floors, and/ or property. We take sanitation seriously however are not responsible for foodborne illnesses should they occur.
