4th Annual Captain's Village Community Yard Sale Sign Up Form

We are so excited to be organizing the FOURTH Annual Captain's Village Community Yard Sale and BBQ! For those of you who didn't participate yet, and as a reminder for those who did, here is a quick rundown for this year's event:

1. Yard Sale Dates/ Times: Saturday & Sunday 9 AM - 2 PM on June 7th & 8th, 2025 with the BBQ following the Sunday event at 3 pm at our house, weather permitting, 19 Capt Crocker Rd.

2. If you would like to participate and be included on the neighborhood map that we distribute, and lreceive a custom yard sign, you must RSVP to participate by filling out this form by Wednesday, May 15, 2025.

3. You must obtain a Yard Sale Permit from the Town of Yarmouth by calling the town at 508-398-2231 Ext. 0. Please let us know the permit number in the form below (or you can text it to Nichole at 508.737.3567 or message her in fb messenger app) as we can't advertise for anyone that does not have a permit. Please note the town only allows one permit a year.

4. Please come to the BBQ! If you can attend please select YES in the form below and let us know what you will be bringing to share :) You do not need to participate in the Yard Sale to attend the BBQ! Everyone is welcome!

5. If you would like a custom yard sign, you must pick them up no later than the WEDNESDAY before the Yard Sale from Nichole Willey at 19 Captain ploCrocker Rd, and return them to her on Sunday after the end of the Yard Sale. You can bring them to the BBQ!

We do provide directional signs in addition to the custom yard signs. If you want to participate by putting up handmade Yard Sale signs at the entrances to the neighborhood closest to you, as well as any directional signs you might want to lead more people to your property, we just ask that you follow the town rules and you are responsible for picking them up. There was a small amount of people that did this in the past and it really helped!

We have had 15 to 20+ homes participating and as well as lemonade stands on the map - if you plan on doing anything special that weekend and would like it added to the printed maps or marketing posts we do on Social Media, please include a note in the Note Field below!
