Please use this form to report any bias, harassment, or free speech repression against anyone expressing pro-Palestinian views, or who has been profiled as pro-Palestinian, at Columbia: death threats, doxxing attempts, emails, statements made in class, hostility or surveillance from other affiliates, hateful fliers, individual interactions, etc. This includes racism and Islamophobia.

Please use as much detail as possible (date, specific location/medium, and time of incident, direct quotes wherever possible). THIS FORM WILL BE KEPT ANONYMOUS UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO COME FORWARD. We can also coordinate further with you about what information you would like to keep confidential and what---if any---steps you would like to take, if you provide your email (otherwise we will have no way of contacting you). This form does not collect the emails people use to log in.
