Proposal For Board Review
The Board of Elders has the overall responsibility for the spiritual and material welfare, and work of the church. An active member of DEC may submit a proposal to the Board of Elders through this form. All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Board of Elders to determine if the proposal is appropriate for further discussion in a Board of Elders meeting. The Board of Elders will provide notification to the submitter of this proposal of either (1) the reason the proposal will not be further discussed; or (2) the date of the Board of Elders meeting in which the proposal will be further discussed. When a proposal will be discussed further a final response will be provided when the Board of Elders has made a determination as to how to act on the proposal.
