WHAT SERVICES DOES CSV OFFER?
We offer one-to-one remote tutoring and mentoring for Cambridge Rindge and Latin School (CRLS) and High School Extension Program (HSEP) students. It's important for students to be able to commit to 1 hour at the same time each week for an academic semester. If you are interested in being tutored in multiple subjects, or for longer than 1 hour per week, please note it where appropriate. We make arrangements for these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Academic Tutors: Meet one-to-one with a tutor once a week to receive support with one or more academic subjects and/or test preparation.
College and Career Mentors: Meet one-to-one with a mentor once a week to receive support in planning for your post-secondary life. This can include career and college exploration, college admission essay help, scholarship application support, etc.
Please note that CSV takes your privacy very seriously. We collect this information for making strong matches with students and for better understanding the demographics of our volunteer base. We will never give away your information for any reason, and hold your information in the strictest confidence.
