Homecoming Program Application
Catharsis is a Black-led, grassroots organization created to provide Black youth with safe spaces to consciously connect with their mind, body and soul. We are running a 20-week program addressing the impacts of anti-Black racism.

Our new cohort will begin on Saturday, March 14th, 2026!

We are looking for Black youth between 20-25 living in the GTA interested in the following:

- Networking and meeting like-minded peers
- Growing self-confidence and emotional intelligence
- Increasing their knowledge of Black/ African history
- Enhancing self-exploration through introspective discussions and journaling
- Developing a yoga and breath-work practice and more!
