Wellness Center - Weight Room/Running Track Release of Liability
The Wellness Center - Weight Room/Running Track Release of Liability is required and must be completed by all athletes and students grades 7-12 interested in using the weight room and running track. Students who have filled out a current (2019-2020) tryout registration form do not need to complete this form as the other registration is inclusive of this release of liability.
