Pre Programme Checklist Form
1-2 days before starting your programme you will need to consider the following.
Send out an “excited to see you” email, text or phone message
Send everyone a reminder of the start time/date.
Let them know that they do not need to bring anything other than themselves (or a friend)
Be ready to have fun!
Purchase or arrange refreshments.
Even if you decide not to put on tea and coffee, make sure that there is at least tap water available.
It is probably not helpful to have biscuits or cakes every session, but you could get some fruit or seeds and nuts as snacks and offer various fruit teas if you want to go the extra mile. (Be mindful of any nut allergies)
