Dear Parents,

This form is intended to notify Adams Elementary administration that you are requesting a track change for the 2023-24 school year. While we would like to grant all requests, we must adhere to state class size legislation as well as other variables such as keeping siblings on the same track. Therefore this form does not guarantee a seat on any particular track.

You will be notified of your final track assignment for the 2023-24 school year the first week of May. If you have any questions please call the main office at (919)460-3431. Thank you for your understanding and support.
