*Royals: Select "Reigning Royalty” option to receive complimentary entry. Royals are Kings, Queens, Princes, and Princesses of the SCA reigning at the time of GWW War, November 4-10, 2025.
Merchants: New to merchanting at GWW? Contact the Merchant Steward at
Merchant.Steward@gww.sca-caid.org prior to registering for pre-approval. However, you will register here!
Merchant Workers: Your Merchant will instruct you on appropriate registration type to select. However, select "Yes" to "Merchant Worker” option and write in Merchant Booth name.
Equestrian: Please include horse(s) info including name, gender, color, and type. Select a Stall Option for each horse: Portable refers to bringing your own stall ($15); 10’x10’ ($25); 10’x20’ ($55). Please contact Equestrian Steward for complete details and requirements,

Camp Masters: Select "Camp Master” option.
Camps are reserved for groups of seven (7) or more paid registrations.Lodging/Camps: Select your Camp from the list.
RV: Select "RV” option if you plan to park on-site. Only ONE person in the RV should make this selection. All RVs must park in the designated RV Parking Area (free/dry/no hookups or dump station). Include L x W of rig . If you want to stay at the RV Park next door, the Buena Vista Aquatic Park, you must make reservations through Kern County Parks (
https://www.kerncounty.com/government/parks/reservations).
Shepherd Wagon: If you plan to park a Shepherd wagon in other than RV area, then select this option (NOT for Merchants). An RV or tent trailer is NOT a Shepherd Wagon!
Shepherd Wagons must be vetted by the War Stewards. Send photo to
stewards@gww.sca-caid.org for approval. Only approved Shepherd Wagons will be allowed in their assigned camping areas.
PAYMENTS: You may select Credit Card or Mail-in (check or
money order). We may also be taking credit cards at certain events TBD during open registration. Multiple registrations can be included in one invoice or check/money order.
Do not mail google forms, waivers, or membership proof.
Please pay your invoice before 11:59 PM 10/18/2025. Checks must be received no later than 10/18/2025.If we do not receive payment, then you are not registered!
Refund Policy: The last day to request a refund is November 10, 2025. There is a $5 processing fee for each refunded registration. Please read the 2025
GWW Refund Policy for complete deadline dates and procedures.
AT GATE:1. Be prepared to show proof of membership to receive discount.
2. Be prepared to show legal identification.
3. Everyone must sign in. Parent/guardian must sign for young children.
4. Everyone must sign equestrian waiver.
5. Guardians must present signed Minor Waiver & Medical Authorization forms.
Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.
