ReMind Program: Creativity on Prescription
ReMind is an 8-week creativity and mental wellbeing program, designed as a trauma-informed clinical 'return-to-life' program. Each week, we explore an evidence-based practice such as writing, drawing, cooking or music, with supported content about how these habits can help regulate our stress response, foster mindfulness, and create powerful routines for self care.

It is designed and delivered by MakeShift (www.makeshift.org.au).

The 8 week Creativity on Prescription Digital Program comprise two participation options:
+ SELF-LED program enrolment, or
+ GROUP MEMBER enrolment

+ Pre-program phone call with participant (We will talk through all the elements of the program, answer any questions from participants, and talk through the logistics of their participation)

+ Home-delivered materials (packages will include items like paint brushes, musical instrument)

+ 8 one-hour video group chats

+ 8 online video tutorials and creative practices

This program conducts Evaluation, with Ethics Approval from University of Wollongong.

Evaluation includes:
- pre-program intake survey
- weekly check in survey
- end of program survey
- 1 month post program survey

Completion of this Referral Form will place the participant on our Waiting list for the next program round.

Programs are delivered once a term, on weekdays.
