2019 Indian Land Fall Festival Application Form
The Indian Land Fall Festival is the premier community event and one of the largest annual events in Lancaster County. It features a variety of family-friendly activities and entertainment for all ages. This is a community event to showcase Indian Land and Lancaster County – its people, its organizations, its churches, and its businesses. This truly is a great place to live, learn, work, worship, play, and raise a family. We hope your participation in this year’s festival will be financially rewarding and enjoyable for you.

Dates and times:
Saturday, October 5, 2019 ---- Vendor Hours 10:00 am to 8:00 pm -- Festival open until 9:00 pm
Sunday, October 6, 2019 ---- Vendor Hours 11:00 am to 6:00 pm - Festival open until 7:00 pm
Held at the Indian Land High School

Space:
* Space Size is 10’ x 10” all spaces are outdoors (space size varies due to location, but will not be smaller than the minimum).
*Crafters provide their own tents, tables, chairs, lighting & other supplies.
*No electricity is available. If you plan on bringing a generator, you must note that on your application so you can be placed where the generator will not disturb other crafters. Quiet generators are required.

Early Bird Fees Before 6/30/19:
* $150.00 for business vendor earning over $25,000 per year. - (May purchase multiple spaces)
* $75.00 for home based business earnings of less than $25,000 per year.
* $35.00 Non-Profit Organizations
* $35.00 Arts and Crafts

Deadlines:
* Early Bird Application Deadline 6/30/19 or until spaces are filled.
* $25.00 late fee if received after 7/1/2019 provided space is available.
* Deadline for cancellations is 8/1/19 and must be received in writing to be considered for refund.

Application and Approval Process:
1. Please complete your application online and submit your payment. You must upload 3 photos of your products as part of the application process. Label each with your business as the filename and -1, -2, -3 i.e. Starbucks1, Starbucks2...)
2. Spaces will be assigned when fees are paid in full. Indian Land Fall Festival reserves the right to reassign spaces as needed.
3. Initial acceptance or rejection notification will be emailed within 2 weeks of application receipt. Submission of application does not guarantee participation.
4. Your space assignment will be posted on the website 2 - 4 weeks prior to the event.

Set Up:
1. Check In: Under no circumstances may exhibitors arrive before Friday at 10:00 pm for set-up. The venue uses School grounds and absolutely no exhibitors are allowed on these grounds while children are present. Set-up must be complete before 8:30 am Saturday. You may arrive any time before 7:30 Saturday morning. Vehicles must be clear and in parking areas by 8:30.
2. If you have not checked in by 7:30 am on Saturday morning, you will be considered a no show and your space may be offered to others. No refunds are offered for no shows and you may be placed on probation or banned from future events.
3. You will be issued two parking permits at check-in that you MUST display on your dash with your BOOTH #. If you have employees working in shifts at your booth, you will need to cover the cost for parking their vehicles.
4. Drive to your site and drop your items off. DO NOT SET UP.
5. Park your vehicle in the vendor parking lot.
6. Return to your site to set up.
7. Vehicles must be parked 30 minutes prior to festival opening time. Once the event begins you may not bring your vehicles onto the grounds.
8. Make sure your tents are weighted in the event or tied town.
9. Battery powered lighting is preferred.
10. Be prepared for the possibility of rain and cold temperatures. Bring any items necessary to make your area comfortable.

Indian Land Fall Festival is a RAIN OR SHINE event.
PREPARE TO REMAIN ON SITE FOR ALL VENDORS HOURS.

Departure:
1. Pack your items and remove all trash from your site.
2. Bring your car to the site once the police have deemed the area safe for pedestrians.
3. Load your items.
4. Place all trash in the trash containers provided or take it with you.


General Rules:
* Do not display items not listed on your application without prior approval. You could be asked to remove any item not listed on your application.
* Pets are prohibited at the festival.
* All vendors are responsible for handling their own currency and collecting and reporting South Carolina sales tax.

NOTICE: The Artist & Craftsman License is $20 and is available online through SCDOR website. A retail license is $50. The license fee is a one-time fee, there is no annual renewal fee. Festival organizers are not responsible for losses, injuries or damages resulting from participation at the festival or events and activities leading up to the Festival. The Indian Land Fall Festival is a rain or shine event and fees will not be refunded in the event of inclement weather. *

In submitting this application, the vendor does hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold both the Indian Land Fall Festival (ILFF), Lancaster County School District (LCSD), harmless against any suit, claim, damage, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, against ILFF, and LCSD, their agents, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and members, caused by, incident to, resulting from, arising out of, or occurring in connection with the event or the use of the facility as well as any other events or activities leading up to the Indian Land Fall Festival. *
