GLHS 2020 Marching Band Registration
Please submit this completed form no later than May 1, 2020 in order to secure your student's spot in the competition show. All Marching Band paperwork and the $125 per student non-refundable deposit is also due by 3:00 PM on May 1, 2020; the packet of required paperwork is in addition to this online form.

All Marching Band fees and personal uniform/apparel fees are due in full by August 3, 2020 unless prior arrangements have been made with the Band Director, Gull Lake Community Schools and the GLBPA Treasurer. Please refer to the Payment information in the paperwork packet for more information.
