ADHD Field Trip: Float SeattleA One-Off Teaser Event During ADHD Awareness Week
Your ADHD brain is busy. Or maybe it’s just tired. Either way, it rarely gets the reset it deserves.
That’s why we’re inviting you to a special one-off group float at Float Seattle: a simple, ADHD-friendly way to experience calm, novelty, and connection—without having to plan a thing.
Why Floating?
Floating (or REST: Reduced Environmental Stimulation Therapy) is a deeply calming practice where you drift weightlessly in warm saltwater, free from noise and distraction.
It’s been shown to:
Ease stress + overwhelm
Relieve pain + tension
Spark creativity
Reset body and mind
At Float Seattle, floating isn’t an escape—it’s a reset. Just one hour allows your body to relax and your brain to settle.
Why This Event?
We know trying something new can be hard with ADHD. That’s why this is a group field trip:
No planning → you just show up
Built-in novelty → ADHD brains love it
Shared experience → connect with others who “get it”
A low-stakes test → see if floating is something you want in your life
This is a teaser: a short, supported experiment in adding calm and clarity to your ADHD toolkit.
What You’ll Get
A direct test drive of floating
A short pre-float ADHD group moment to ground us
A chance to hear yourself think without distraction
A simple time commitment to yourself (2–3 hours total)
Connection with other ADHD-ers exploring new modalities
