Summer 2025 - MAR 110 Housing Application
Please complete this application if you would like to live at Stony Brook Southampton campus while being enrolled in the Southampton section of MAR 110 course from  July 22 - August 1, 2025 .

This application should be reviewed by the student and any persons involved with housing payment.

This application must be completed by 5:00PM on July 8 to receive a housing assignment.

Requirements:
- Age 17+, Southampton Campus does not house minors
- Enrolled in MAR 110 Course
- Must use Stony Brook ID# and email address to complete the application
- Must follow all policies in the Campus Residences Terms of Occupancy and Stony Brook University Code of Student Responsibility

Required Arrival:  Monday July 21  between 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or 7PM- 9PM
Departure: August 1 by 7:00 PM OR August 2 by 11:00 AM

Housing costs for program are:

Single Room ($68 per night):
- departure on August 1 (10 nights): $680.00
- departure on  August 2 (11 nights): $748.00

Double Room ($59.25 per night):
- departure on August 1 (10 nights): $592.50
- departure on  August 2 (11 nights): $651.75

Single-occupant rooms are very limited. Students should expect to live in a double-occupant room if a single is not available. Students could be placed in spaces with other Stony Brook Southampton residents as assignments are made based on room availability.

Stony Brook Southampton residences are suite style with shared bathroom and a kitchen. Dining facilities are not available at the Southampton campus. Students prepare meals in their suite kitchens. Limited Cafe Hours for breakfast and lunch are available over the summer. 

Housing cancellations must occur prior to arrival and before checking in by July 22nd at 9:00am. Once a student checks in and receives a key, they are financially liable for the duration of the ENS 101 course housing agreement.
