Business Sign-up for April 10, 2024
This form is for regional businesses who intend to hire 12th grade students and/or ACE students in roles meant to last longer than a seasonal/summer job. We have limited tabling capacity, so slots will fill on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Date: Wednesday, 4/10/24
Location: Foothills Mall (Enter on the north entrance by H&M)
Cost: Free! (Donations/sponsorships are encouraged to offset material and lunch costs.)

Schedule:
  • 8:30am-9:00am - Arrive & Set Up (Use North entry of Foothills Mall)
  • 9:00am-12:30pm - Senior Hiring Fair (12th grade PSD students will come and go during this time)
  • 12:30pm-1:30pm - Lunch, Informational Presentation, and Transition to ACE Reverse Hiring Fair
  • 1:30pm-3:00pm - ACE Reverse Hiring Fair (Students are set up at tables and businesses circulate)
  • 3:00pm-4:00pm - Take Down and Follow Up (as needed)

Note that only seniors who will remain in the Fort Collins/NoCo area and are actively seeking entry-level positions will be attending the fair. Students starting a 4-year college in Fall of 2023 are being discouraged from attending. The fair is for career-bound students only. Only businesses looking to hire graduating seniors 18+ into entry-level career related positions are encouraged to register and attend. Students will be asked to bring their resumes and be prepared for on the spot interviews.

We encourage businesses to participate in both the Senior Hiring Fair (AM) and the ACE Reverse Hiring Fair (PM), but understand if scheduling or other factors don't allow this. 

The Senior Hiring Fair is a traditional format with businesses set up at tables and students browsing. 

The ACE Reverse Hiring Fair is a unique format that has the students set up at tables with information about their skills, interests, talents, desired jobs etc. Businesses can browse these tables, interact, and learn from amazing students with barriers to employment, with the goal of them building confidence, getting experience, and possibly landing a job. We will share additional information and resources leading up to and at the hiring fair.

Special dietary needs for lunch? 
We will probably have cheese and pepperoni pizzas with a few vegan and gluten free.
Tablecloths: 6-foot tables are provided, but we have limited ability to provide tablecloths. We recommend you bring your own and plan accordingly. 

Power: Because we will be setup in the corridor spaces of the Foothills Mall, access to power will be very limited. We recommend bringing charged laptops/tablets for displays and/or a battery power supply.

Handouts and goodies: We encourage you to bring handouts, goodies, and anything interactive to make this an engaging and fun day for students.

This event is free for businesses and students, but lunch and supplies will cost us around $1,000. Sponsorship is completely optional.
