CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE NAMING CAÑON CITY SCHOOLS AS ADDITIONALLY INSURED WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL BUSINESS CONTRACTS.
-Users may be assessed an Energy/Supplies/Equipment Use Surcharge.
-Custodial, evening supervision, kitchen or other coverage outside of or in addition to regular hours/coverage will be billed at  the Facility Use Rate Schedule
-If technicians are needed to operate sound, lighting or other equipment there will be a charge for their services,  will be billed at  the Facility Use Rate Schedule

Category 1 - All school related organizations providing services to students attending Canon City Schools

Category 2 - Non-profit youth community groups who are also students attending Canon City Schools

Category 3 - All other groups not categorized in Category 1 or 2
