Anoka Hennepin Independent School District 11 Payroll Dues Deduction Authorization
I want to be an active member of the Anoka-Hennepin Paraeducator Association that represents me and hereby authorize Anoka-Hennepin District 11 to deduct dues from my wages. I understand that revocation of this authorization and withdrawal from prior membership requires a 90 day notice. Revocation must be in writing and delivered to an AHPA Officer to be effective.

Dues are .75% of your pay. (75 cents for every $100). AHPA is an independent, non-partisan labor union. All of our dues go directly to running the Association and representing our members.
