Playtesting is the process of observing people playing the games we make so we can improve them. There is no preparation required, you will simply play a game like you normally would and be asked questions regarding your experience.

At our office in Wellington, New Zealand.

Monday-Friday between 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Most tests are 1 hour. Occasionally there will be tests that require people to come in for multiple days over several days or weeks, but we'll let you know what we expect before you agree to participate in a playtest.

Anyone who lives in the Wellington, New Zealand area can be a playtester. We are looking for gamers from all kinds of backgrounds - whether you’re young, mature, experienced, or brand new to gaming - your experience is valuable to us!

Playtesters under the age of 18 will need a guardian to fill out the sign-up form on their behalf.

We will periodically send you emails inviting you to participate in playtests that fit your interests. Just let us know if you can or can’t make it - if you miss out there will always be future opportunities.

At the end of the test, playtesters are rewarded with gift cards - the value of which depends on the length of the test.
