✅ GENERAL CONDITIONS
✔ 1. The pre-enrollment is formalized upon completion of the submission process of the previous form. Once received, payment instructions will be given that must be followed to convert the premetricle into tuition and thus sign the course reservation. The minimum payment guaranteed by this reservation is 100 $us amount to be paid as an advance payment to the rest and will be considered as a security deposit by the student.
✔ 2. In the event that the student later wished to cancel his/her tuition, he/she would be entitled to a refund of a portion of the payment provided that he/she communicated the cancellation before the start of the course for which it hadbeen articulated:- if he informed at least 30 days in advance he would be entitled to a refund of 75% of the payment;
- if you reported between 30 and 15 days before the start of the course you would be refunded 50% of the payment;
- if you reported between 15 and 1 days before the start of the course, you would be refunded 25% of the payment;
- once the course has started there is no possible return in any case. These percentages shall apply on the amount resulting from subtraction from the total payment made by the student, the guarantordeposit and non-refundableexpenses (bank charges if any, express mailing expenses if any, and transfer costs if any).
✔ 3. Maki Prime reserves the right to cancel the course or tuition of any student who did not then re-enrol all applicable payments or who may perform inappropriate behavior in any circumstances. In both cases the right of reimbursement will also be forfeited.
✔ 4. In our classes, the price of the course includes: (the reading book , nor the books or manuals related to the distance courses on line).
- Level test performed on the first day of the course.
- Free cultural and social activities specified on the center's bulletin board.
These are the minimum services included in the price of a course.
Any other service is not considered included within the course price. For example, bank charges due to possible (or similar) transfers for making a payment are not included in the course price: they are considered at the student's own expense.

✔ 5. Courses have a schedule to which any new student who has a similar level can be easily incorporated. However, the student should take into account, for enrollment, that such scheduling may include a level confirmation exam at the end of each month. If the study isinitial level (A1) the start date of your enrolment must match one of the courses start dates listed in the center's academic calendar.
✔ 6. Maki Prime undertakes to fully teach any individual course or Spanish exam preparation course (DELE, SIELE, GCSE, etc.), regardless of the number of students at any time during the course. Maki Prime reserves the right to cancel any or complementary course or subject when the number of students is less than 3; in which case it will reimburse the student for the part corresponding to what remains to be given in the course.
✔ 7. Enrolled weeks containing holidays will be consideredn as fullweeks for payment purposes and classes for those days will not be recovered afterwards.
✔ 8. In accordance with the current regulations established in Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Maki Prime informs the informing, the informant that the personal data obtained through the free completion of this form will be incorporated into a file for automated processing; the student, for his part, authorizes this processing by accepting these instructions. The processing of the data will be purely internal, for statistical and administrative purposes - aimed at providing the services that the student requests and being able to communicate with him in relation to these services -, as well as information of possible subsequent promotions related to those same services. In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Organic Law, the student may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a letter to Maki Prime - which is recognized responsible for the processing of this data -, to the address c / Al Adib Ali Adham , 15 – apartment 203 Masaken Sheraton- Cairo (Egypt).
✔ 9. The student has read and understood the above with additions, and accepts them. The contract involved is complementary or subsidiaryly regulated by civil law and respects consumer law.
