We are looking for the opinions and views of people who use our shop and cafe, who perhaps have used it in the past and don't now, or possibly have never used it. Our aim has always been to help the community and this survey will help us plan and resource the next stages for the shop and cafe. Please fill out the form as best you can. We look forward to hearing your views. The survey should take around 5 minutes to fill in.
