With that being said, please fill out the below form if you are interested in being a vendor for the upcoming A Big Gay Market 🌈 Summer Sapphic Pop Up @ Saratoga Arts (320 Broadway, Saratoga Springs) on Saturday, July 25th from 11AM -4PM.

This market will be INDOORS with a 18 vendor cap. This market celebrates and uplift our sapphic creatives in our community - which means ANYONE who identifies as a sapphic person! This event will feature live print-making, live music, and a selected food & beverage vendor. The beneficiary of this market will be the Queer Creatives Future Youth Mentorship Program to fund the 2027 Fall Cohort.

🚨 A Big Gay Summer Sapphic Pop Up Market Application Process🚨

🌈 Apply For Market - We are only able to accept 18 vendors in this space each with a single 4ft table. Please fill out all the information in the form below so we can ensure we have equal representation across our vendors! Deadline to apply will be 6/15 with no exceptions.

🌈 Notified of Acceptance or Waitlist - You will be notified if you were accepted or waitlisted for this market on 6/19. Accepted vendors will be sent the sliding scale vendor fee form to secure their spot. Accepted vendors must pay for their spot within 5 business days of receipt or we will give their spot to a waitlist vendor. Waitlisted vendors will know if they were moved up the waitlist by 6/23.
