Hello! Thank you for being interested in commissioning me! This is a little form for me to organize your commission requests or for impersonal communication if that's your drift and you're shy.

Terms of Service:

1.) No NSFW (Not Safe for Work) commissions! That includes porn, fetishes, gore, and the like.

2.) Can't draw humans (yet!)

3.) You have the option to pay upfront, or pay 50% first, then pay the remaining balance before I send the final copy. I will send you an invoice. Cryptocurrency is not allowed as legal tender.

4.) First come, first served on the waitlist.

5.) Unfortunately if need be, I may have to refuse your commission. (Such as but not limited to, because the slots are full, its NSFW, or any extraordinary reasons)

6.) You are free to post the commission elsewhere PROVIDED that you credit me.

7.) FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

8.) During the commission process, I will send you a preview (a thumbnail and a color pass) of your commission. You are free to make any changes there. However, once I preview the final product, you may no longer request changes in your commission. The final product is the one with my signature.

9.) Finishing this form does not guarantee that I will start on your commission. Work on your commission will start once there is payment from the invoice I sent you.

10.) No refunds.

11.) By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you are paying for a service for a digital good. You also acknowledge that there are no physical goods involved in this transaction.

12.) Likewise, by commissioning me you are not allowed to sell or resell your commission as an NFT. You are also not allowed to tokenize my art and turn it into your own for NFTs. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ASSOCIATE MY ART WITH ANYTHING REGARDING NFTs.
