On behalf of everyone at Butte Pride Foundation, thank you so much for your interest in serving as a member of our Board of Directors. We know that those with an interest in being a leadership volunteer have many choices, and we are honored at your consideration of our organization. The following brief application offers us an opportunity to know more about you, your skills and attributes, and gives you a sense of what matters to use in a board candidate. The goal of this process is to determine if we are a good fit for each other in order to continue to sustain and expand our work among the LGBTQIA+ community in Butte, America.

We understand that folks have many competing priorities, and we want to be realistic about the time commitment of board service. We anticipate 2-3 hours per month, which includes board meetings and attendance of Butte Pride Foundation events. In the 3 months leading up to the Pride Festival the commitment may be closer to 5-8 hours per month. Is this something you can reasonably accommodate with your schedule?
