Participants interested in applying to this program should answer the questionnaire below in English and e-mail the following required documents to
asuncion@educationusa.org with the subject: "Opportunity Funds Candidate 2020- Last name, Name"

ID Photocopy

High school transcript (Photocopy)
3.
Documents certifying parents income
4.
Any documents that certify: Community Service / Leadership skills or any other extra-curricular activity.
OBS: If any of these documents are missing the application will not be considered. An entry
test of English and SAT mock tests will take place after the reception of documents. These are also pre-requisites
to enter the program.
