The World Language Department at RCHS strives to see their students excel and retain the language they are learning.  To assure this for all students, we will not allow any student to use an online translator of any type for any assignment that your teacher assigns you.  This includes homework, projects, and any other take-home assignments.  

WE CAN TELL IF YOU USE ONE OF THESE!
If you are caught using these sites, it will result in an honor code violation.  
1st Offense:  The student will receive a zero and have to talk with the teacher.  The student’s parents will be contacted.  
2nd Offense:  The student will receive a zero on the assignment and an office referral will be issued. The student’s parents will be contacted.

Always do your own work and do not ask for help from your peers unless instructed by your teacher.  You are always welcome to ask a teacher how to say something.  A dictionary may be used only if your teacher allows you to for that particular assignment.  It’s always best to double check with your teacher.
