Vendor Application Form
Thursdays 3-6pm on select dates in November, December, March and April

2018 Dates: November 15, December 6, December 20 (ALL 2018 DATES FULL)
2019 Dates: March 21, April 4, April 18

Location: Maple Grove Community Center (INSIDE), 12951 Weaver Lake Road, Maple Grove, MN 55369

COST: $20 per market date. Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card at least one week prior to market date. Vendors participating in all six markets and paying in full prior to November 1 will receive one market free (a $20 discount.) If you are accepted to participate as a vendor, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions. Once received, the vendor fee is non-refundable.

NEW APPLICANT FEE: For vendors who have never participated in the Maple Grove Farmers Market, a one-time $25 new applicant fee is required. If you are not accepted as a vendor, the fee will be refunded.

Applications received by Wednesday, October 3, 2018 will receive priority consideration. Preference will be given to past participants with good attendance records and vendors who will enhance the variety of the market. Space is limited!
