TERMS OF THE WAIT LIST

Please complete this form if, and ONLY if, there are no available garden plots at your desired garden location. When plots become available, an individual from Growing Gardens will call the phone number listed during your wait list submission. If we are unable to reach you we will leave a voicemail message. You will have 24 hours to return the call before we offer the plot to the next person on the list. If the phone number provided on this form is not valid, or the voicemail box is not accepting messages for any reason you forfeit your place on the wait list. If your phone number changes, you may call the office to update the phone number with the Growing Gardens Staff.

We do not email individuals to notify them that they are next on the wait list. This wait list will be deleted on November 15th, 2020, and a new wait list will be set up in 2021.


Hawthorn site only: The use of this waitlist for the Hawthorn Garden will begin after April 1st, 2020. Prior to April 15th, plot availability will be periodically updated on the registration form on the website as plots become available this winter. Any submissions for Hawthorn garden plots submitted prior to April 15th are considered null and void.
