Please let us know if you plan on attending our in-person on October 24th, 2021. We are currently limited to 20 household units (whether 1 person or up to 6). Booking is first-come, first serve. Once we have reached 20 household units we will close the form. If you would like to be put on a waiting list, please email lindz.zink@gmail.com.

Please note that you MUST be double vaccinated for at least two weeks by the time you plan on attending an in-person service. Children under 12 are exempt.

Rest assured, we will be following Ottawa Public Health's guidelines for safety - hand sanitizer, contact tracing, disinfection protocols, etc.
