I accept that, while Netball Queensland will use its best efforts to meet this request, unforeseen circumstances may arise where changes to the request need to be made (including, but not limited to, a different Queensland Firebirds' player/s to the one/s that has/have been asked for in the application is proposed to attend) to facilitate it, or, extreme instances, a cancellation may be required. Should this situation occur, a Netball Queensland staff member will be in contact to discuss available options, or rescheduling.
