This is a membership form to join the Autism L1 Parent Support Group, Malaysia.

The Autism L1 Parent Support Group is a volunteer support group for parents of autistic adults (level 1 support) in Malaysia.  Our goal for this group is to facilitate sharing and conversation between members as well as allow folk to network.  Our current activities include sharing meet ups for mutual support, informative webinars and an on-line chat group with a focus on supports during tertiary education and open employment work life.  We do hope to be a welcoming and friendly place.

In order to join the Autism L1 Parent Support Group one should ideally meet the following requirements; being a parent to an individual who:
1. is formally diagnosed as autistic with support level 1/high functioning autism/Asperger's Syndrome
2. is aged 18 + years
3. has at least completed secondary education
4. resides in Malaysia

On occasion, exceptions may be made.  Some applicants may be invited for an interview.
