CU GOLD Interest Form
Welcome to the CU GOLD Interest Form. We provide two tiers of free leadership training: our Core Leadership Program and our Applied Leadership Program, as well as LeaderShops (formerly called Workshops In A Box). Each of our leadership training programs also includes a retreat that allows participants to submerge themselves in a wide range of leadership activities.

Our Core Leadership Program is designed to provide training including how to be an effective leader, leadership styles, how to manage conflict, an insight into oppression and how to work toward an equitable society, and coalition building. CLP seminars will be held every Tuesday from 3:30-5pm.

Following the completion of CLP, we invite participants to apply for the Applied Leadership Program- our advanced level of leadership programming. ALP will give you the opportunity to apply the skills you learned in CLP to your community and to your own personal life. Weekly virtual meetings will be held every Wednesday from 3:30-5pm.

Our LeaderShops (formerly called Workshops In A Box) program provides free, on demand leadership curriculum to all CU clubs and organizations. This training curriculum focuses on helping groups grow in many areas, including time management, running effective meetings, and leadership skill development. Our goal is to help your group get organized, plan cohesive events, and retain membership.

As we finalize the details for this upcoming school year, we welcome you to fill out this form to indicate your interest in our programs. In August, we will reach out to you with details regarding our application and interview process. Thank you for your interest!
