Retailer applicants understand that brands in our catalog are part of Give a Damn Goods network. By agreeing to our terms & conditions retailers will respect Give a Damn Good's relationships with brands. Retailers will place all reorders through Give a Damn Goods (www.giveadamngoods.com). By agreeing to our terms & conditions, retailers understand that if a brand in Give a Damn Good's network contacts your store directly, you are to notify Give a Damn Goods. Failure to do so could result in your removal, and the brands removal, from Give a Damn Goods network. Retailers are responsible for a 3% transaction fee and shipping costs. Retailers in our network also agree to respect the Retail Prices listed by brands by not pricing items over or below this value. Shipping is based on a percentage of how much is spent. Since your items may be shipped from different places we will send you a few tracking numbers once orders are shipped. If a product is specified as international, retailers must understand they could be responsible for additional import taxes & fees depending on shipping location of products.
