Coastal Foodshed Mobile Farm Stand Request Form
The Coastal Foodshed Mobile Farm Stand is a unique vehicle that provides an opportunity for access limited individuals and families to purchase local, fresh, seasonal produce from local farms. Funded in part by the Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare Foundation, the Mobile Farm Stand helps Coastal Foodshed make local food easier for everyone.
If you are interested in hosting the Coastal Foodshed Mobile Farm Stand, please fill out the following information. Please note that the Mobile Farm Stand typically will setup for 2 hours. Any greater duration will require special consideration in sourcing and staffing.
Pop Up opportunities are available on Thursdays and Fridays until further notice. If you want to request a day outside those, please inquire directly to
Physical requirements for the CFS Farm Stand are at least 45 feet of parking for the truck and trailer.
COVID considerations will require more physical space to allow for proper social distancing between customers and staff. We will require all guests and staff to wear masks for the entirety of the farm stand. We have also made changes to the way customers shop. Instead of the classic market style where customers can select their own produce from the display, customers will see a display table of goods and staff will pull another item from storage. Customers will not be able to handle goods or produce until they have paid for the items and are packing their own bag. Additionally, we will not be using reusable shopping bags, but will supply our own paper bags for customers. We will provide hand sanitizer for customers and staff alike.
Please provide at least two weeks notice prior to the date of the event for proper scheduling and consideration.
If you have any questions outside of the form, please email Coastal Foodshed Mobile Farm Stand Manager, Dan King, at
