This form is for people interested in becoming a volunteer with Celebrating Age Wiltshire Creative Conversations Project:

1:1 Creative phone conversations programme, offering isolated people the chance to discuss themes and topics of interest with a friendly creative on the phone. Calls alternate to the participant with Volunteer and Local Artist for a 10 week period.

We're looking for people who have excellent listening skills and enjoy a good phone call. You'll need to be able to show your telephone friend respect, patience, empathy and understanding. This is what we'd also expect from you:
• Making time for a 30-minute call on the same day and time every 2 weeks for 10 weeks.
• A commitment to volunteering with us for a minimum of 3 months.
• Agreeing to our volunteer terms and conditions.
• Being kind and respectful to your telephone friend.
• Letting us know if you or your telephone friend needs any support.
