Saturday Academy Program: Student Interest Form
Please submit this form if you're interested and eligible to attend PUSD's Saturday Academy Credit Recovery Program. 

Students are eligible for a credit recovery program if they need to repeat a course for credit (they previously earned a F) or they wish to repeat a course that they received a D in for grade replacement (college eligibility).

A separate interest form submission is required if you would like to be considered for B Period at your home school site.
