Play-Building for Rural Youth
The following is an application for youth aged 8 - 12 to be considered to be part of Ship's Company Theatre's Play-Building for Rural Youth program. This free program is limited in its capacity for participants and the completion of this application does not guarantee participation for the applicant. Ship's Company Theatre will notify applicants of the results soon after the deadline date.
This program is supported by the Emergency Community Support Fund from the Government of Canada and is meant to provide arts programming for rural youth, including ones who could otherwise not afford it. In addition, youth from marginalized communities including racialized communities, persons with disabilities, and the Queer community are encouraged to apply. For this reason, this form includes self-identifying questions to help us better serve our community and the variety of demographics within it.
