Tēnā tātou,
This wānanga series is a response to the strategic goal of the Rangitāne o Manawatū Settlement Trust.
Tini whetū ki te rangi, ko ngā uri o Rangitāne ki te whenua.
In order to maintain this powerful proverbial saying of ours, we are investing our time and energy into growing our youth to be strong and healthy leaders for the future.
The wānanga will focus on;
1. growing and maintaining their connections with their Rangitānetanga
2. increasing the use of the Māori language
3. growing their leadership qualities
So, please register your Rangitāne o Manawatū and non-Rangitāne youth by completing this simple registration form. (All information will be kept strictly confidential to Rangitāne o Manawatū Settlement Trust activities and events)
This is ONLY open to those who attend High School, College or Wharekura students (started in 2025), Years 9-13 (ages 13-18).
