The MTA Retired-New Member of Color Mentorship Program is intended to provide new educators of color with a Mentor from the MTA Retired Membership as they embark upon their new career as an educator. While the mentor/mentee relationship does not have specific parameters, the expectation is that each pair will be in communication at least once per week.
