Windsor Locks Public Schools Food Pantry Request Form
The WLPS Food Pantry is happy to provide food and other necessities to families across our school district. The food pantry is located at Windsor Locks Middle School. After completing this form, Tracy Gibbons (Social Worker at WLMS) will contact you to schedule a pick up time. All pick ups are done curbside at WLMS.

This form is for parents/guardians to complete.
