Spring 2026 Baseball Team Manager Sign-Up
If you would like to be considered as a team manager for the 2026 Spring season please enter your information for our records. 

Please note, all managers and coaching staff will be required to clear a mandatory background screening. 

Spring 2026:

Maximum 6 teams per division.
Fees include full uniforms, participation medals/trophies and photos.
Season begins in March 2026 & ends in June 2026.
Divisions are based on 5/1/2026 age cutoff date.

Thursday, January 1 - Regular Registration Closes. Waitlist now open.
Friday, January 2 - Last Day to sign up as Manager
Saturday, January 10 - Managers Selected and Notified
Sunday, January 11 - Freeze Lists are Due to Division Directors & freezes MUST be registered
Wednesday, January 21 - Player Evaluations (For players playing up/down a division)
Thursday, January 22 - Mandatory Managers Meeting
Saturday, January 24 - Player Tryouts & Draft. Assign siblings/buddies to teams.
Tuesday, January 27 - Blind Draft remaining players via ZOOM with team managers
Wednesday, January 28 - Teams Assembled and rosters go live on SportsEngine
Wed Jan 28 through Sat Jan 30 - Team Meetings (Managers with their teams at GRP)
Monday, February 2 - Practices Scheduled to Start (Weather & field conditions permitting)
Saturday, March 8 or 14 - Opening Day (STILL TBD)

Freeze rules:
  1. Freezes must be registered and paid-in-full by 1/10.
  2. Freezes DO NOT attend try-outs.
  3. If players meant to be frozen try-out, they are eligible to be drafted. 
  4. Players that were evaluated to play up or down, are not eligible to be frozen.
  5. Number of freezes per division:
  • T-ball - no limit
  • Shetland - 4
  • Pinto - 4
  • Mustang - 5
  • Bronco - 6
  • Pony - 8
*One additional Freeze will be granted if you attend and assist with all Clinics. See details below:

It is highly encouraged that you attend clinics and familiarize yourself with MBA staff and players. Participation in clinics allows you to recognize potential players that will be trying out.
