Great Depressurization 2017: Vendor Application & Agreement
Welcome potential vendors for The Great Depressurization 2017, Sept 4-7, 2017. We feature over 24 hours of entertainment and activities between 12:00pm Sept 4th-11:00am September 7th for 21+

Our deadline to receive you Vendor Application by 12pm PST on August 21st 2017. However, if you have something awesome after that date, don't hesitate to fill this out. Also...be sure to press SUBMIT to ensure receipt!

All vendors are required to be open all three days and since we are in Reno and it's a 24/7 town you may dictate your own hours during those three days.

The vending will be located in the "Mining Rig" area near Rum Bullions in the Silver Legacy.

We do not accept ANY food or beverage vendors. Sorry!

Pricing for three days for crafts, political organization or promoting business (power and WiFi included):

Craft/political organization/promoting business: $500

Non-Profit: $150

• Depending on our response, we may open an additional vending area in a room off the vending hallway. If you'd like to guarantee premium hallway location, please add $100 to fee.

• If you are interested in a larger space or a small conference room. Please contact us at gracetelegraphfair@gmail.com

• You are responsible for your own lodging. We recommend buying through www.greatdepressurization.com to get access to the best prices and free access to the music.

• Once notified that we've accepted your application, you will be instructed on how to secure your vending position. Please be prepared for payment upon acceptance. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any misrepresented items in your booth, so please list all intended items/services you plan to sell.

BOOTH POLICY
Please the read the following information carefully as these policies pertain to all vendors and check the agreement below each section. You should have: Quality merchandise. A well-maintained, safe area. An attractive, and professional looking booth and display. We reserve the right to refuse anyone for whatever reason. Event is rain or shine. Booth fees are non-refundable and you must agree to payment timelines in order to set-up. Under no circumstances will you be permitted to set up without proof full payment of vendor fee.
VENDING SET UP /BREAKDOWN POLICY
Please show up on time for load in or you will not be able to setup. Your booth should be completely set up, open, and ready for business by September 4th at 4:00pm, and remain set up and open until the last performance finishes and the crowd leaves on September 7th at 11am. No early breakdown or late setup will be allowed. No exceptions!!! Load in is 6pm September 3rd until 12:00pm September 4th. NO LATE ARRIVALS for load-in will be permitted. Make prior arrangements to make this arrival window possible. You are responsible for you own lodging.
TAX POLICY
Local sales tax remittance is the sole responsibility of each vendor.
AGREEMENT RELEASE- Please enter your full name as your digital signature.
By signing this agreement you expressly release The Great Depressurization, Eldorado Resort and Casino, Silver Legacy Resort and Casino, Circus Circus Resort and Casino, Music Event Management, Inc, Fresh Bakin', or their agents of and from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental and occupation of exhibit space by the applicant(s) You agree to hold these entities harmless of any loss or damage by reason thereof. You also agree to comply with all state and local regulations in the operation of your booth. You agree that you have read and agree with the BOOTH POLICIES outlined in the attachment. Reno Sculpture Fest may choose to terminate this agreement at any time if you choose not to abide by our BOOTH POLICIES. RSF reserves the right to make changes to this agreement as needed. FORCE MAJEURE: You understand your entry fee shall not be refunded in the event that you do not attend or if all or part of the show is canceled due to fire, calamity or any other act of God, public enemy, strikes, statutes or ordinances or any legal authority or any cause beyond our control.
