We are so excited that you want to apply to be a Junior Staff during the 2026 summer. Our ministry flourishes when young people step up into leadership and follow the footsteps of Jesus in the Wilderness. Our mission is "to lead backpacking faith adventures that bring teens closer to God and to each other." We look forward to seeing you in the lodge!

Please note: You cannot Junior Staff the same week your church is hiking)
Event 1 - June 20- 25
Event 2 - June 27 - July 2
Event 3 - July 6 - 11
Event 4 - July 13 - 18
Event 5 - July 20-25
**Junior Staff need to arrive to the property one day before the event starts (ex. June 19th for Event 1) for Junior Staff Day, which is the day before the groups get to our property and the event officially starts.**
After submitting your application you will receive a follow up email with information about payment and which event you are signed up for.
The registration fee for your event is $130 and if you are laying over between events, the fee is $80.
You are not confirmed to junior staff until you receive a confirmation email. Your confirmation email will tell you what weeks you are junior staffing, information for how to pay, and your "informed consent" form.
