The Alexandria Park Community School Parents and Citizens' Association (P&C) is a school-based organisation consisting of parents, teachers and interested citizens. The P&C plays a vital role in fostering an engaged school community, fundraising for school based projects and enabling parents to participate in school/educational matters.

All members of our community are welcome to attend meetings and get involved in events. However, you must be a paid member to have voting rights at General Meetings. Membership must be in place prior to the meeting to be eligible to vote.

P&C Meetings are held during school terms. We advertise the meetings on our closed Facebook & Whatsapp community groups and via email to our members. An agenda is sent prior to each meeting. You can check the school's website for dates (https://alexparkcs-c.schools.nsw.gov.au/school-life/community-involvement).

The membership fee is $2 which is paid online via the Square link or via a direct bank transfer. Membership is valid until the next Annual General Meeting (AGM), after which it must be renewed.
